Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing them in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Amazon Irrigation. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of content

Amazon Irrigation has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimension and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amazon Irrigation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Amazon Irrigation shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Making Your Order

You need to search our website for the Goods you desire to purchase using your internet browser and our navigation menu system. Once you have selected the appropriate product(s) and delivery service, complete the Order Form in full and follow the instructions detailed on the Website to complete your payment.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click 'submit' on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you selet and cannot be refunded. For full details please refer to our 'Shipping and Handling' section.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the product(s) ordered.


Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Occasionally, the manufacture of your product may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will of course, make every effort to keep you informed.


In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning substitute goods that you do not wish to accept.

Exclusions of liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Amazon Irrigation or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Law, jurisdiction and language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.


Our primary method of communication regarding your order is via electronic mail (email). You understand that we endeavour to manage the emails we receive as effectively and as efficiently as we can during normal working hours. Our online shopping system should ensure that your receive an automated email receipt confirming your order. You should also receive one automated email receipt confirming that your order has been picked, packed and despatched from our depot and that we have consequently taken payment; In the event of cancellations, refunds or part-refunds, you will also receive confirmatory emails.

You understand that we make every reasonable effort to contact you by email in circumstances that reasonably require us to do so. You undertake to enter a valid email address and to check your emails reasonably frequently until your order is completed to your satisfaction so that you are aware of any notifications that may be necessary to provide.

You undertake to receive at least one email newsletter offering relevant products and discount information which you can automatically unsubscribe by following the appropriate linik at the bottom of the newsletter.

Returns and Dissatisfaction

You may return the Goods to us if you are not satisfied with them provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent within 10 working days of your receipt of the Goods. See our returns policy for more information.

You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products which were not satisfactory from you. No refund for the cost of return postage will be made in these circumstances.


It is our express intention to deal with you complaints confidentially, fairly and speedily. Please let us know of any complaint within 7 working days if at all possible. If you have a complaint or any other query please advise us in the first instance by e-mail to

We will advise you what to do to resolve the complaint and we will do that within 5 working days. We will keep you informed by telephone or e-mail as to what progress is being made in the resolution of the complaint.

Target audience

Amazon Irrigations web sites are NOT targeted at children. Orders from children under the age of 12 must be made by parental consent. No information will be knowingly held about children below the age of 12.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:

Act of God explosion flood tempest fire or accident;

War or threat of war sabotage insurrection civil disturbance or requisition;

Acts restrictions regulations bye-laws prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority;

Import or export regulations or embargoes;

Strikes lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of us or of a third party);

Power failure or breakdown in machinery.

Order status

Order Received

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from our Customer Service Team acknowledging receipt of your order and advising you that your order has been passed to the fulfilment team to be processed.

Payment Received

This means that our staff have accepted your order and that we are checking the stock situation with the goods you have ordered. Our dedicated pickers and packers will be locating and collecting your goods ready to be processed. We make every effort to check the quality of the parcels we send out before they are shipped and to see that they are correctly and appropriately packaged and addressed for the customer. Until we are certain of this quality, your goods will remain "Processing".


This means that our staff have located, checked, packaged, and delivered your goods to our carriers. For stock items, your goods should arrive within 3 working days subject to the shipping options you have chosesn and for non-stock items, your goods should arrive within 12 - 14 working days. If you order an item, which is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know your item is "Backordered".


This means that our staff have accepted your order but that we are shortly awaiting a delivery for the goods that you have ordered. We are making every effort to locate the goods from our suppliers . If you have any queries about your backordered item(s), or are unprepared to wait for the goods to arrive with us, our customer services team will be happy to help. They are available between 10am and 5pm weekdays on 0845 299 4929.

Every effort is made to update the website for goods which are no longer available or discontinued.


If you have not specifically contacted our staff to cancel your order, your order may be cancelled in exceptional circumstances should the item you have ordered no longer be in stock and become unavailable to us from our suppliers. In these circumstances, we make every effort to offer you an alternative that may or may not be acceptable to you.
